TaniqWind Pro is developed by Dutch company TANIQ since 2006. The company develops robotic filament winding systems and winding software for clients in high-demanding industries worldwide. In 2006 TANIQ, (a spin-off from the Aerospace Faculty of Delft University of Technology), was the second company in the world (after MFTech in 2004) to develop a robotic filament winding system. In 2022, TANIQ communicated the release of their filament winding software to the composites industry, focusing on composite pressure vessels (COPVs).

The company is managed by founders Sören Blomaard and Coen ten Herkel.
